We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on achieving ROI goals. If you’re a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns that align with sales and performance goals, let’s talk!

 
What your journey with will look like?
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok end-to-end.

  • Build and maintain dynamic catalogue campaigns, product feeds, and retargeting funnels.

  • Run ongoing A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.

  • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and feed health:  respond to critical alerts when needed.

  • Brief design and video teams on new assets; review and adapt creatives in Canva.

  • Analyze performance via GA4 and platform dashboards; produce weekly stakeholder reports.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Social, SEO, and Marketing Automation teams on strategy alignment.

What you'll need:
  • 2+ years in paid social, with hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience; TikTok Ads a plus.

  • eCommerce or lead-gen background, including dynamic product ads and feed-based marketing.

  • Solid understanding of attribution, Pixel/Conversions API, and retargeting strategies.

  • Basic copywriting skills and comfort with ad creative tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset; experience with GA4 and platform reporting.

  • Familiarity with BigQuery (e.g. for creating campaign product feeds)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (Notion, Claude, Gemini, Manus AI etc.) 
  • English at B2 level or higher; good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple markets.
