Brand and Communications Director (f/m/x)

We're looking for a Leader to take full ownership of brand and communications at eSky, both strategically and operationally. This is a role for someone who can think long-term about brand building while staying hands-on and driving execution alongside the team. You'll be responsible for building a strong, consistent eSky brand across multiple markets and leading communications that support key business goals, from growth and customer acquisition to long-term brand value.
What will the journey look like?
  • Brand strategy & development: develop and execute eSky’s brand strategy ( particularly in the CEE region), build and maintain a clear, consistent brand positioning and tone of voice and manage brand architecture, including sub-brands, products, and markets.
  • Communication & campaigns:plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), own and drive 360° communication (incl. offline media, digital, PR, social media) and collaborate closely with performance, CRM, and product teams to maximize impact.
  • PR & reputation management: manage external communications and media relations, lead crisis communication and protect brand reputation and position eSky as a trusted and credible player in the travel industry.
  • Team leadership & cross-functional collaboration: lead the Brand & Communications team (in-house and agencies), set direction, priorities, and support team development, and work closely with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer experience).
  • Performance & effectiveness: define and track KPIs (brand awareness, consideration, engagement, campaign metrics), continuously optimize activities based on data and insights, including econometric model (MMM), manage the brand and communications budget.
What you'll need:
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications.

  • Experience working in-house within e-commerce, travel, or marketplace environments.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, whether through team management or leading large-scale projects.

  • A track record of building and developing brands, ideally in an international context.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.

  • Experience delivering integrated 360° campaigns.

  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.

  • Solid understanding of brand measurement and performance tracking.

  • Fluent English.

  • A hands-on mindset combined with big-picture thinking.

  • The ability to inspire a team, set a clear direction, and deliver results.

  • A strong sense of how brand drives real business impact.

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment.

  • Experience working across multiple markets (nice to have).
